The recent deluge of rain has caused havoc on Victorian farms.

For example, Central West town Banyena has already taken in double 2015’s rainfall this year.

Local farmer Chris Drum told Neil Mitchell more heavy rain would be ‘quite devastating’.

‘The whole joint is saturated,’ he said.

‘The crops that are out there look really good. Heavy rain on top would make it very difficult.’
