Kingfish in extra virgin lemon olive oil and caulini
400g Kingfish skin off
Extra virgin olive oil
1. Slice the kingfish 2mm thick against grain.
2. Put kingfish out on a plate
3. Add salt and pepper
4. Squeeze lemon over the fish
5. Cover fish with 4tbs of extra virgin olive oil.
6. Let sit for 5 minutes
7. Serve with lemon wedge.
