Regional GP clinic shuts as dozens allegedly flock for vaccination exemptions

A regional GP clinic that was allegedly handing out COVID-19 vaccination exemptions to those not wanting to be vaccinated has been shut down after police arrived.

It’s been reported people were travelling from other towns in Victoria to come and get an exemption from the Colac clinic.

Tom Elliott was sent a picture of dozens of cars lined up outside the clinic.

There is no suggestion the doctor has broken any laws or rules, but Tom Elliott said it was “odd” so many people had attended the regional clinic.

The doctor’s website now informs users that “Sorry!!! No more jab exemptions, help yourselves the best you can” with a sad face emoji at the end.
