Regional politician says masks should not be mandatory in the country

There are calls for mask restrictions to be heavily relaxed in regional Victoria.

Bev McArthur, Liberal MP for Western Victoria, told Neil Mitchell they should not be mandatory outside of Melbourne.

“It is absolutely ridiculous that we’ve got any restrictions, at all, out here,” she said.
