Report reveals ‘concerning’ Australian Defence Force personnel data
An annual report by the Australian Defence Force has revealed personnel numbers have fallen by 1161, 5,5 per cent smaller than the intended target of 62,000 personnel.
Head of research at Strategic Analysis Australia, Marcus Hellyer, says falling personnel numbers is concerning and could impact operations.
“It’s a well-known issue that defence has been trying to address for a number of years,” he told Neil Mitchell.
