The Allan government has released 244 annual reports in a massive “report dump” at state parliament.

Among that huge release is a the Department of Health’s 2022-23 Annual Report, which reveals 40,000 fewer surgeries were carried out in Victoria than the goal for the financial year.

3AW’s Heidi Murphy says wait times for category two and three are still above targets, and a staggering 40 per cent of ambulances are ramped at any one time.
