Restaurant chain pulls delivery services following Deliveroo collapse

Lucas Restaurants, owner of popular restaurants such as Chin Chin, Hawker Hall, Society and Grill Americano have parted ways with Uber Eats and DoorDash following Deliveroo’s departure from Australia.

CEO of Lucas Restaurants, Chris Lucas, believes this move shouldn’t be seen as a surprise.

“This is something that’s been ongoing now for many years,” Mr Lucas told Tom Elliott.
