Retail waiting to see how shoppers react to reopening

Victorian retailers say they’re ready and prepared to reopen this week.

But there is still trepidation about how shoppers will react.

“The thing now will be how consumers respond,” Dominique Lamb, Chief Executive of the National Retail Association, told Tom Elliott.
