Richmond trades pick 6 to the Gold Coast for Dion Prestia

Gold Coast has managed to convince Richmond to hand over pick 6 for Dion Prestia.

The Suns midfielder will be playing at the Tigers in 2016.

The Tigers have also sent a future second-round pick to the Gold Coast, gaining pick 24 in this year’s draft in return.

Negotiations have been drawn out, but the deal will go through on Wednesday.

?The Suns now have three of the first eight picks in the upcoming draft (4, 6 and 8).
