Rita Panahi says parents of fussy eaters need to show more tough love

Rita Panahi has a blunt message for parents who let their children dictate meal terms.

Send them to bed hungry.

‘No kid’s going to starve missing a few dinners,’ she told Tom Elliott on Tuesday.

‘You show me a fussy eater, and I’ll show you soft parents.’

The issue is in the spotlight after celebrity chef Curtis Stone said parents should let kids go hungry if they refuse particular foods.
