Ritesh explains terrifying home invasion at Williams Landing

A Williams Landing family is living in fear after a terrifying home invasion at the weekend.

Ritesh, his wife and two baby children were in bed sleeping when they were woken by a loud ‘bang’ around 4am.

He got out of bed to find a group of young people rifling through their belongings.

He tried to reason with them, before he was threatened and told to stay quiet.

The group stayed in the house for another 45 minutes before escaping with a car, phones and iPad.

‘I’m really scared,’ Ritesh said on 3AW Mornings.

3AW Mornings was flooded with calls from others angry about what had happened to Ritesh.

George, 80, lives with his wheelchair-bound wife and has a bad back himself.

He broke down when discussing the fear he was currently living with.
