Road to Falls Creek reopening after devastating landslide

The road to Falls Creek will reopen on Anzac Day after a devastating landslide which left the main access road blocked for six months.

Bogong High Plains Road has reopened for the first time since October.

Chair of Regional Development Australia Hume, Eliza Brown, says the last six months have been “very, very hard” for the Falls Creek community, and the closure led to about $200 million in lost earnings.
