How long is too long to celebrate a grand final win?

The question was posed on 3AW Breakfast after a spat at Malvern East emerged over a fence painted in the Western Bulldogs’ colours.

Stonnington Council has received a complaint over the house on Beaver Street, which still has its pickets painted red, white and blue.

Andrew Westacott, CEO of the Australian Grand Prix, lives in the municipality and also had his front fence painted red, white and blue during last year’s finals series.

He spoke with Ross and John about the matter on Friday, as did a number of callers.
