Ross and John’s test to sort the Victorians from the wannabes

Simon Goyle moved to Australia’s best state, Victoria (no bias here), from Adelaide nearly 30 years ago.

But he wanted to make his Victorian-ness official.

Naturally, Simon contacted Ross and John, who discovered there was no official process to renounce oneself as a South Australian in favour of being known only as a Victorian.

So they made one.
