Ross and John speak to the world’s best female chef, Ana Ros

The world’s best female chef has been crowned.

Ana Ros, head chef at Hi?a Franko in Slovenia, was given the nod by restaurant industry experts of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards.

Ms Ros told Ross and John it’s true that Slovenians enjoy eating bear.

‘They are great to eat,’ she said.

‘We have a lot of wildlife. It’s one of the last countries in the world to have so many bears.’

Ms Ros said bears need to be hunted to maintain Slovenia’s natural balance.
