Ross Greenwood speaks to Phil Marano the Chair of Canegrowers Burdekin about their battle with Wilmar.

Wilmar was given the tick to buy refineries in Australia however they has come under fire for the way they have handled their relationship with Australian sugarcane growers.

Today, there was meant to be a meeting between the groups, including deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce, however Wilmar failed to show up.

The ACCC is investigating the situation.

Phil Marano says the biggest issue is about marketing.
