Ross + John’s list of destinations for Harry and Meghan to see the ‘real’ Melbourne

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are going to be in town on Thursday October the 18th and it’s reported they will attend a handful of engagements “focusing on education, conservation and sustainability programs”.

“Let’s get creative,” Ross said on 3AW Breakfast this morning.

“We want to take them to real Melbourne!”

“Quarters, (Stephen Quartermain) says a counter meal at the Burvale because Thursday is roast night,” Ross said.

“When I think of Thursday nights, I think of the dogs at Sandown racing club,” Burnso said.

Some of the other ideas:

• Ride Puffing Billy
• Going to an AirBnB party (Because surely deep down Harry still loves a party)
• Take them through the new stand at Flemington Racecourse
• Visit Werribee Mansion
• A Karaoke night
• Visit the Portsea Hotel
