Matt de Boer, Tendai Mzungu, Clancee Pearce, and Jack Hannath have been delisted by Fremantle.

Brady Grey and rookie listed player Josh Deluca were also delisted, but both will train with the club and could be re-listed during the draft period in November.

General manager of football operations Chris Bond thanked the players for their service.

‘We value what Matt, Tendai, Clancee and Jack have each done for the club and thank them for their commitment and professionalism throughout their time at Fremantle,’ he said.

‘We wish them all the best for the future.’

Mzungu and de Boer were members of the Dockers’ 2013 Grand Final team.

Mzungu played 102 games for Freo, but only 16 in the last two seasons as he fell out of favour. He will always have a special place in the club’s history as the first Docker to kick a goal in a Grand Final.

Similarly, de Boer (138 games) and Pearce (100) lost their places in the senior side this season, each playing just four games.

201cm Hannath played 20 games in four seasons but couldn’t get regular games.
