RUMOUR CONFIRMED: AFL superstar helping with bushfire recovery in Longwood

Longwood Football and Netball Club president Rick Shiner confirmed a former Collingwood star would be heading to Longwood to help with bushfire recovery next weekend.

He told 3AW Breakfast hosts Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen the community was exhausted.

“You just want to see things start to look forward and it just seems very stagnant, the recovery is very slow,” Shiner said.
