RUMOUR CONFIRMED: Paramedics unavailable to treat woman with serious injuries from e-scooter fall
RUMOUR CONFIRMED: A woman has been left lying in agony on Chapel Street for up to two hours on Wednesday night because no paramedics were available to treat her.
Police were eventually forced to take the 28-year-old woman, who’d suffered a dislocated jaw and broken collarbone, to hospital after the e-scooter she was riding got caught in tram tracks at the intersection of Toorak Road.
