Piercing music is being used to keep homeless people away from ATMs.

The Rumour File has heard that one major bank is using the tactic to keep homeless people from sleeping near its ATMs on a major city street.

It follows the story from Monday that a bank had labelled a homeless person ‘inconsiderate’ for setting up camp near one of its ATMs.

That bank has since apologised.
