RUMOUR FILE

A Rumour File claims a man from Geelong has been awarded the Federation Star for service to Australia with Kim Jong-un vicariously looking on.

Rumour File contributor Diamond In The Rough said the presentation took place in a demilitarized zone between North Korea and South Korea.

And they sent in a very humorous photo of the affair.

North Korea was not in attendance, but the photo suggests they made their presence felt with a photographer capturing the event from outside.

That is one of the great photos!
