Passengers on a sightseeing cruise in New Zealand have struck it rich after spotting money floating past them in the water.

As heard on the Rumour File this morning, passengers saw some currency floating down the river last Friday.

Ross and John were told they alerted the skipper who turned boat around and some Australians dived in.

Almost $1,000 was collected – best day fishing ever!
