RUMOUR FILE: Were Telstra honchos in AFL HQ this week working closely with the AFL to improve their struggling app?

The Rumour File has reliable word of a meeting between the powers that be on Wednesday.

The AFL app has been frustrating fans all season, reaching a crescendo on Saturday when scores and broadcast streams were unavailable for much of the Carlton v Sydney and Hawthorn v St Kilda games.

We’re told yesterday’s pow-wow was very fruitful.
