‘It’s not nonsense’: Tom Elliott clashes with Climate Change Authority

Tom Elliott has grilled the chair of the Climate Change Authority about the “acceptable cost” of renewables, as stakeholders come under fire after a native bird habitat was cleared for a renewables project.

“Cutting down old trees and condemning baby birds to death or life without their parents. I mean, is that an acceptable price?” the 3AW Mornings host asked.
