Savage road rage attack leads to stabbing in Melbourne’s west

Police are hunting for a man after a savage road rage attack at Sunshine North last week.

The offender allegedly turned on a man and a woman as they were leaving a car park in their grey Toyota Echo on McIntyre Road at 10:15am on November 2, leaving the man with stab wounds.

The man was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries, and his partner escaped injury.

The man’s attacker was approximately 40-years-old, of African appearance and driving a white sedan, believed to be a newer model of a Toyota Camry or similar.
