Student taken to hospital following Assumption College bus crash

An Assumption College school bus has crashed into a tree on Wandong Road in Kilmore just after 3:30pm.

One student has been taken to Kilmore Hospital in a stable condition following a minor upper body injury.

Nine News reporter Gillian Lantouris says the condition of the driver is unclear.

“He was trapped for quite some time,” she said.

The other students were uninjured.

“Their Mauve school bus was involved in an accident,” Jacqui Felgate said.
