Screaming protesters storm federal parliament
Screaming protesters have stormed federal parliament.
The group of almost 10 tried to interrupt question time on Wednesday.
They were shouting pro-refugee slogans before security swarmed on them.
They face hefty fines for their actions.
The Prime Minister was speaking at the time.
Eliza Edwards told Tom Elliott that Malcolm Turnbull was far from rattled by the unexpected turn of events.
“Not at all,” Macquarie Radio’s Canberra correspondent said on 3AW Drive.
“He continued talking as if nothing was happening.”
