One dead in Bundoora house fire

One person has died in a house fire at Bundoora this morning.

The blaze, in Gordon Street, started shortly before 7:30am was controlled by firefighters within 20 minutes.

The cause is yet to be determined.

It’s believed an elderly person lived at the home.

Arson and explosive squad investigators are currently at the scene.
