Search for skateboarder after nasty Brighton road rage incident
A violent road rage incident in Brighton has left a man with serious injuries.

A man was riding an electric skateboard in Normanby Street in Brighton on March 30 when a driver came up behind him and beeped for safety reasons.
The skateboarder then approached the vehicle on The Esplanade, banged on the car and verbally abused the driver.
The driver got out to try and deescalate the situation then turned to return to his car, and the offender allegedly struck him multiple times from behind — continuing to assault him when he fell to the ground — before skating off.
The victim — a 64-year-old Brighton man — suffered significant injuries including a fractured eye socket which caused him to lose part of his vision.
