Transurban cautions cyclists as more end up in dangerous situations

Transurban has revealed more and more delivery cyclists are ending up in dangerous situations.

Head of road safety at Transurban, Liz Waller, says it’s an alarming trend.

“As soon as we see identify a cyclist, whether they’re a food driver … we drop the speed down to 40, and close the lane, and that’s to keep everybody safe,” she told Jacqui Felgate.
