Senator claims Albanese government keeping quiet over recent arrival of 15 asylum seekers
Home affairs spokesperson, James Paterson, says the opposition has no answers over the arrival of 15 asylum seekers believed to be from China on the north-west of Australia.
He says the Albanese government has refused to share any briefings.
“Even though years ago, when they were in opposition a few years ago, we routinely provided them with briefings on these matters … all we can do is rely on media reports,” he told Tom Elliott.
