‘Senseless damage’: Toilet blocks set alight at small seaside town in Victoria’s south-east

Police have hit out at vandals after three toilet blocks were set alight in Cape Paterson in a crime wave over the weekend.

Detective Sergeant Graeme Carter from the Bass Coast investigation unit, says police believe the incidents are related to other incidents including a smashed window at a Surf Life Saving club.

“There was a number of cars in some other streets were damaged which we believe are related as well,” he told Heidi Murphy, filling in for Tom Elliott.
