‘Severe’ storms possible for parts of Victoria as change moves through

Victorians are being told to remain vigilant, with “severe” storms possible as a cool change sweeps through.

Meteorologist Michael Efron said the north and eastern suburbs were most at risk in Melbourne.

“With all that moisture and warmth around, we could see some severe activity, so heavy rains, large hail and damaging winds are possible as that system moves through,” he said.
