Sex Party leader Fiona Patten calls for 457 visas for sex workers

The leader of the Australian Sex Party has told 3AW she wants international sex workers to be able to apply for 457 visas.

Fiona Patten has told Neil Mitchell it would enable sex workers to work with autonomy for a short period of time. 

‘I would like to see sex workers from overseas be able to legally use the 457 visa process,’ said Ms Patten.

‘Which I think would cut out the middle man, cut out any of that trafficking that we expect is occurring.’
