Shadow treasurer says Daniel Andrews ‘needs to go’ on back of bombshell report

The shadow treasurer says Daniel Andrews “needs to go” after a corruption investigation unearthed unethical and inappropriate behaviour within the Labor Party.

It follows a near two-year investigation from IBAC into the serious misuse of taxpayer resources for party political work by members of Labor.

David Davis said the Premier had been caught out “lying” about what he knew.

“It shouldn’t be swept under the carpet,” he said.
