‘Shallow and ridiculous’: Peter Ford goes off on ‘pathetic’ Met Gala

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford has gone off on the Met Gala, describing it as a “pathetic event”.

The prestigious fashion event held annually in New York draws many A-list celebrities, but Ford thinks it shows how “shallow and ridiculous” the celebrities are.

“It raises a lot of money, so don’t get me wrong, but to me it just shows how pathetic the celebrity world is,” he said on 3AW Breakfast.
