Shock and horror as trespassers install unauthorised election sign

A mother has been left horrified after returning to find an election sign installed in her front garden without permission.

A sign for Liberal’s member for Corangamite was installed by trespassers, despite the property’s owner being a swinging voter.

Christina, who’s mum lives in the home, told Jacqui Felgate she was searching for answers after the unwelcome discovery.

“She turned up to her house thinking ‘oh my god is my house for sale’,” she said on 3AW Drive.

“When she realised it was the member for Corangamite that she certainly hadn’t endorsed, she was shocked and horrified.”
