A father and son involved in a police shootout following a more than 10-year crime spree in three states have been spotted in Victoria.
Gino and Mark Stocco have left a trail of fear and destruction in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
Victims have been left scarred.
Queensland farmer Doug sleeps with a gun beneath his bed after the bandits returned a year after ransacking his property.
‘They duplicated keys for my gun safe and proceeded to get the guns out of the safe,’ he told 3AW.
‘And while they were here they filled generators and a tractor with sugar.
‘They’re absolute scum.’
The terrible duo were spotted at a petrol station in Euroa last night, days after they were involved in a shootout with police in Wagga Wagga.
The men have previously lived in Victoria.
Among their Victorian victims is Mark’s own mother, whom he allegedly robbed in 2004.
Police are advising the community not to approach the men as they are considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone who sights the men or the vehicle is urged to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.
