Shorten fundraiser raises $150,000 for Les Twentyman Foundation

Bill Shorten’s fundraiser has raised 150,000 for the Les Twentyman Foundation.

The foundation suffered significant loss in this week’s Footscray market fire, losing hundreds of presents which had been collected for disadvantaged children on Christmas.

Mr Twentyman told Nick McCallum he’s hopeful the foundation will be able to fulfil its Christmas aims.

‘We’re clawing our way back,’ he said.
