South Melbourne’s Port Phillip Mussel Festival kicks off on March 12.

Denis Walter was joined by mussel enthusiasts Peter Lillie from Bay Sea Farms and Geoff Lindsay head chef and founder of Elwood restaurant Dandelion to celebrate this versatile mollusc who shared some of their delicious mussel recipes that they’ll showcase during the weekend.

The Port Phillip Mussel Festival is held at the South Melbourne Market

  • Saturday 12 March ? 12pm to 10pm
  • Sunday 13 March ? 12pm to 8pm
