Jacqui Felgate has a major update on one of the individuals allegedly involved in a crime gang who wreaked havoc across Melbourne on Tuesday.

Several south-east supermarkets were targeted by multiple sword-wielding youths on Tuesday, terrifying shoppers and workers.

Jacqui Felgate is reporting that a 14-year-old, who was alleged involved in the robberies, has been granted bail, despite committing the alleged crime while already on bail.

“The toughest bail laws on the country – what a sick joke,” she said.

“Police I’ve spoken to off the record are furious.”
