A witness has described a ‘shocking’ sight she encountered while travelling on the Monash Freeway over the weekend.

The witness, Bethany, told Jacqui Felgate, ” We were just coming out of the tunnel and my partner said, you need to look behind us.”

Road Policing Assistant Commissioner, Glenn Weir, told 3AW Drive, “We’re just getting sick and tired of people abrogating all responsibility for what their kids are doing.”
