‘Simply not true’: Tom Elliott hits out at premier’s ‘adult time for violent crime’ promise

A 16-year-old found guilty of assaulting an off-duty Victoria Police officer has received a community corrections order as punishment for their crime.

Tom Elliott said this was just another example of Premier Jacinta Allan failing to follow up on her promise to serve “adult time for violent crime”.
