Sister cities called an ‘indulgence’ by councillor

A City of Monash councillor who’s been invited to a Sister Cities Forum on behalf of state parliament has branded the concept an “indulgence”.

Cr Geoff Lake told Tom Elliott there was no need for them.

“They’re an indulgence,” he said.
