Six police, three cars respond to naughty bobcat driver

A labourer caught driving an unregistered bobcat has prompted three highway patrol cars and six police officers to

Jospeh Barkho acknowledges he was in the wrong.

But the large response angered him, and prompted him to film it.

“They are not under-resourced, they have plenty,” he said in an email to Neil Mitchell.
