Six prison guards injured in brawl at Port Phillip Prison

Six guards have been injured in a brawl at Port Phillip Prison.

The male and female guards were assaulted by a prisoner and a visitor at the facility at about 11.30 on Saturday morning.

Ambulance Victoria took six people to hospital.

All have been listed as stable with non-life-threatening injuries.
