Sleepy seal welcomes morning Port Phillip boaties

People looking to set sail from the Kananook Creek boat ramp have been met by an unusual welcoming party.

A large seal is having a snooze at the busy Seaford hub.

It’s making life tricky for boaties, given laws that prevent people from moving within 50m of the animals.
