Sly of the Underworld: terrorist hostage takers will be killed

Almost a year ago, Sly of the Underworld predicted police would change their policy in relation to terrorist siege situations. 

Lo and behold, it was announced on Tuesday that police would adopt a ‘shoot to kill’ mentality towards hostage-takers, a break from the previous ‘contain and negotiate.’
