Sly on why the reward over deadly arson attack is a bounty

Sly has noted the $500,000 reward for information on the mistaken arson attack, which killed Katie Tangey, is actually a bounty on tobacco kingpin Kazem ‘Kaz’ Hamad.
He says the money isn’t for the people who carried out the hit, but for Hamad, who he says rules by fear.
“Because somebody ripped him off on a tobacco deal down the road and these bozos can’t count, so they got the wrong house, it’s about 100 metres down the road, the one they were supposed to hit,” he said.
